To identify training needs and make annual training plan base on business strategy 根据业务策略分析培训需求、制订年度培训计划 To design and develop training courses, and deliver it accordingly 开发内部培训课程，编写培训讲义并授课 To organize internal training and support in administration 组织公司培训，安排相关行政事务 To contact and coach external training agencies to deliver training programs in an effective and efficient manner 联 系并指导外部培训公司，提高外部培训的有效性 To evaluate training result and monitor post-training action plans 评估培训结果，监督培训后续行动计划的执行 To support the project of people development and talent retention 协助员工职业发展与人才保留项目的执行 To maintain and update employee training records 维护与更新员工培训记录 |
