To lead the cattle & Dairy Team to achieve and exceed sales target 领导奶牛销售团队 达成并超越销售目标 To make sale strategy and build a good platform for PAH long term development 确定销售策略并为辉瑞动保的长远发展建立平台 To make sales plan in accordance with PAH China business strategy 根据公司战略制定销售计划 To design sales incentive plan to encourage and stimulate sales team achieve their target 制定销售激励政策，鼓励销售人员努力达标 To develop distributor network and manage distributor channel in line with company policies 发展经销商网络并根据公司政策管理经销商队伍 To support sales management system and improve sales team performance 支持销售管理系统，提高销售团队绩效 To actively interview and attract qualified sales representative 积极招聘称职的销售人员,迅速填补人员空缺 To coach, develop and retain qualified team members 指导发展与保留合格的团队成员 To arrange team building/training activities to improve team effectiveness 组织团队建设活动提高团队效能 |
| 应聘要求 | Master degree or above, majored in veterinarian, animal husbandry or related field 硕士以上学历，主修兽医、畜牧等相关专业 At least 5 years sales or marketing experiences in animal health industry, and 3 years people management experience 动物保健行业5年以上销售或市场工作经验，其中有3年的人 员管理经验 Excellent communication skills and business develop capability 优秀的沟通能力与业务拓展能力； Good Command of English and computer 熟练掌握英语与计算机操作 Willing for frequent travel 愿意经常出差 |
